Rooted in Earth Wisdom

Alma y Tierra / Soul and Earth

We believe that by remembering our innate connection to nature, and that we are nature, our soul and the soul of the Earth will come back into alignment. From here, a beautiful future may bloom.

We believe there is another way, a way of living in harmony on Earth.

We believe that the future has an ancient heart.

As Alma y Tierra, we bridge ancient and modern wisdom to create a path towards a peaceful future for all.

What we do

Cultural Exchanges

We organize intimate cultural exchanges with wisdom holders from around the world to showcase their rich cultural heritage, music, food, healing arts, plant knowledge, and art craft. We create instances to share about their role as stewards of the environment and different ways of seeing the world. Together we learn, share, and grow.

Visioning Peace

We believe that the ancient and original wisdom keepers can inform our modern ways of inhabiting Mother Earth. With the exposure to different ways of viewing the world, rooted in a harmony with all living things we inspire individuals to dream of and take action towards a future that promotes harmony and sustains health, happiness, the environment for years to come.

Sacred Reciprocity

A foundational pillar of Alma y Tierra is rooted in the concept of  sacred reciprocity. This is not an organization with singularly directed impact; rather, we believe that all people involved must grow and improve together. We give and receive, share and grow together as a global family. This informs how we organize our cultural exchanges and how we walk through the world.
